2008 Independent Forest Audit

All forest management units within the Province of Ontario are subjected to an Independent Forest Audit (IFA) every five years. In 2008 the Ottawa Valley Forest will receive its third IFA, which will cover the period April 1, 2003 to March 31, 2008. The 2008 IFA will be conducted by KBM Forestry Consultants Inc. All members of the public with an interest in forest management on the Ottawa Valley Forest are invited to provide input by September 19, 2008. The final audit report should be available early in 2009.
